These two little birds started out as vintage, cotton fiber, red birds. I've given them a makeover with white paint, topped with crackled paint, glitter, and black crystal eyes.

They are now a pretty salmon pink with white accents.  The lady's head is topped with pearl bead plumage (plucked from a floral hat).

A velvet flowered branch coated with silver glitter holds the two of them.  It is glued to a base of pink velvet leaves for stability (and more velvety prettiness!)
