Years ago, the acreage around our cottage was home to Percy and Priscilla and their family of baby peafowl.  I used to love to collect feathers that Percy would drop from  his colorful plumage around the yard as he strutted by.

I've used my stash of Percy the Peacock's feathers to create these Victorian style, romantic fans by bundling and glittering some feathers, and wrapping them in vintage green ribbon.

To that, I've added a millinery rose of the softest pink, almost white, backed with coordinating leaves, a sparkly bit of old jewelry, tulle,and flowing ribbons.
